Returns and Refunds
It happens.
You ordered online, you waited impatiently for your package and when you opened it it was not what you expected.
Incorrect measurements, defect in the fabric or in the seam, etc.
To avoid this kind of situation as much as possible, we strongly advise you to take the correct measures and take your time to place the order on our site.
We have already experienced this painful feeling of frustration, which is why we do everything we can to spare you by delivering a flawless product.
That being said, to err is human and we do get it wrong at times.
RETURN POLICY
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order on the website www.marorient.com, you have the option of informing us and returning it to us within fifteen (15) working days from from the date of receipt of the package. To do so, please follow the instructions in the “Returning a Product” section below. Return the affected products as soon as possible after notifying the cancellation of your order.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
In most cases, Marorient will reimburse within fifteen (15) days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of your order. In certain cases, if the product is damaged, the refund may be canceled, in particular if:
• the products have been used
• the products have been damaged
RETURN FEES
To benefit from our returns policy, follow the instructions below:
• Write to [email protected] within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the package with the reason you want to return your order
• The customer service sends you a return label accompanied by the address where you can leave the package
• Pack unused, unwashed and undamaged products in clean, plastic + cardboard packaging
• return the entire product to Marorient, except in the event of a contrary indication from the Marorient customer service.
REIMBURSEMENT DEADLINE
We bear the cost of returning your products. Unless the reason for the return is because of the customer (eg incorrect measurements). The delivery costs of your products are not refundable.
EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT
You cannot exchange one product for another. However, if the style or color of your items do not suit you, we invite you to return them to us, in accordance with this return policy. You can then place a new order
